When off-the-shelf software does not fit
Generic tools are a good start. But sooner or later many businesses find themselves copying data between spreadsheets, inboxes and systems that do not talk to each other. A custom app can remove that friction.
My own example is MarciCRM: a CRM I built for property enquiries across Spain, Thailand and Dubai. It brings leads, conversations, appointments and follow-up into one place, with calendar and website integrations.
What I build
- CRMs and lead management tailored to your sales process.
- Booking and ordering systems connected to your website.
- Dashboards that show the numbers you actually use.
- Internal tools that replace manual, repetitive admin.
- Customer-facing web apps with logins, accounts and payments.
How I work
I start from the daily work, not from a feature list. We map what happens today, where time is lost and what a good outcome looks like. Then I build a first usable version quickly, put it in front of the people who will use it, and improve it in short steps.
Because I also build websites and run ads, the app can connect to the rest of your funnel: enquiries from the website land in the right place, and you can see which campaigns bring real customers.
Is a custom app right for you?
It usually is when a process repeats every day, involves several people and currently lives in spreadsheets or email. If that sounds familiar, tell me about it.
