I've taken this journey myself, more than once. I built DigiShares, a SaaS product in the tokenization space, and MarciCRM, a CRM for real estate professionals — each starting as a lean first version that grew with user feedback. I've also launched marketplaces, booking systems and e-commerce products for clients across Europe.
Because I also run the marketing side, your MVP doesn't just ship — it gets users. I set up the tracking, landing pages and campaigns that tell you whether the idea deserves the next round of investment.
